Spring Fever

As spring approaches, the phenomenon of experiencing spring fever may be in your midsts. You may feel happier, more productive and ready to tackle some projects that you had put off these winter months. Scientists have not yet proven the effects of seasons on mood and or behaviors, but we do know that increased sunlight does make people happier.  As there is now more sunlight, more energy may come your way.  If you are about to tackle big projects I advise that you do a little everyday.  Even doing 5 minutes a day can help you achieve your goal. Set a deadline, and before you know it, you will finish your project in no time.

Enjoy the lovely weather!

Embrace the Day

As we approach Spring in my area, we see the ice melting, the soil starting to embrace the sunlight and hopefully, soon we will see plants starting to flourish.  As the earth makes way for change, we should also consider changing as everything is changing around us. Coaching can help you find a focus as Spring comes closer and can help you flourish your path in life.  www.lifecoachingserendipity.com

Enjoy your day!

“The time is always right to do what is right”.  ~Martin Luther King, Jr.

I missed you last week, I was not feeling well. The right thing this new year is to do what we have postponed for so long and that we know will make us feel better and even happier.  I talked about self determination in my past post, with this in mind, lets see how we are doing: organization is the key to accomplish what we are determined to change or do.  Struggling with organizational skills? No problem, just le me know via email, and I will show you simple ways to get organized.  The post in organization will come in later months. For now, and since it is a brand new year; I want you to concentrate on determination to get organized, to strive or just to make those dreams come true.  Make today the right time to do what you feel is right and start that change that you need to feel happier.

When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on.  ~Franklin D. Roosevelt

I hope my inspirational and motivational notes are bringing you self-awareness and self-discovery.  Jim Rhon in his Shape Your Own Character lecture teaches us the importance of self-awareness and clarification of our own values which enable us to improve and strengthen our character.  He states that having our values, goals and beliefs aligned, make us happier and enjoying increased self-esteem and self-confidence.  Learn and find ways to improve your perseverance skills and self-knowledge, by seeking help and advice. Perseverance is applied when we do not give up:  “coming to the end of the rope, tie a knot and hang on”.  Knowing one’s best, becomes one’s best self.

learning what we do not know

Learning is one of my approaches in the coaching help arena. We learn by observation, by modeling, exposure and by searching for the unknown. Even when we learn we do not apply such knowledge, it is a common human behavior.  In coaching, I will help you to learn how to learn and apply what is learned.  Sounds redundant or confusing? Learning to apply knowledge is a skill that I would help you develop or improve. Mastering this skill would allow new or old experiences to be incorporated in your daily life.  Personal life experiences including what you learn from others on a daily basis help you grow, mature and excel.  Research shows that self-grow and maturity will improve the changes to have a better, healthier and happier life. New start, new try, new year!

Let’s re-try, let’s re-do it, let’s re-accomplish it, let’s re-new it.  In this new year, if you haven’t been successful in finding out who you are; I am here to help you try again and find answers.  Self-discovery will help you enjoy happiness.

Self-discovery is a main concept in being successful.  I must know my self in order to know, support, teach, live with and love others. “Not until we are lost do we begin to understand ourselves.  ~Henry David Thoreau”. “To the question of your life, you are the only answer.  To the problems of your life, you are the only solution”. ~Jo Coudert, Advice From A Failure  (Thanks, Elizabeth!)
